Tickled Pink
Thursday, October 6th
On October 6, the Club reserved 14 seats at the Women & Infants Hospital's annual breast cancer awareness event, 'Tickled Pink' held at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick.

In addition to supporting the Hospital's efforts toward this very good cause, we truly had a ball!  The comedy acts were hysterical -- it was truly non-stop laughs.  Further, two of our members were honored along with other survivors.  We were 'tickled pink' to support this effort and anticipate filling even more seats at next year's event.

Have ideas for a great social event? Have you done something with your friends or family that you think would be a good time for the Club?

Pass it on!

ALS Race, Goddard Park
The Greenwich Bay Women's Club has supported the Scott Carlson Run for ALS for several years. This years event was held on Saturday, April 29 at beautiful Goddard Park in Warwick, Rhode Island. The picturesque run snakes through the wooded park, along horse trails and Greenwich Bay. Several members participated in the run, with our own President, Tara Cardi, finishing fourth overall (just behind an Olympiad!) for all women entrants. Lynne Wolff, Kathy Gray and Camille Speca also participated in the race. Congratulations to all! To find out more about ALS, please visit the Run for ALS website.

Donna Wolcott and Anne Viens provided their talents offering free face painting to all children.

The Women's Club also organizes and holds the Annual Kids Run, held before the official race. Click a thumbnail below for a larger photo.

NYC Bus Trip

Our Club's Social Director, Lynne Wolff planned a terrific bus trip to New York City. A total of 47 people met for a day of holiday cheer in the city. Below are some photos of this very fun event. We hope you can join us next year in making a holiday tradition for you and yours!
